Explain one problem that exists in our correctional system that must be addressed. Explain why this situation exists? If you had a job in the corrections department what would it be and why?  From your job position, what would you do to address (even in a small way) the one problem that you indicated exist.  What is a possible solution that community members or lawmakers can do to address the problem?
