This article is useful to my essay because it discusses the cost of type 2 diabetes on the population and part of my essay is about type 2 diabetes and the financial burden it places on the healthcare system. Therefore, the article was a valid source of information for me. Within the article, there were limitations, such as the methodology used for the research. It lacked a comprehensive list of the unit cost and some of the data were not clearly justified. There were raising concerns that the study may lack accuracy in terms of data.
