Transformational leaders are generally energetic, enthusiastic and passionate. 2. Servant leadership is a very popular leadership model. It was developed by Robert K. Greenleaf in 1970. The servant leader serves the people he/she leads, which implies that employees are an end in themselves rather than a means to an organizational purpose or bottom line. Servant leadership is meant to replace command and control models of leadership, to be more focused on the needs of others. What are the characteristics of an authentic leader?
3. Authentic leaders are people of extraordinary integrity, with a profound sense of purpose and willingness to live by their core values Should a manager use all three of these styles situationally?   What challenges might a manager, trying to meet the expectations of each style, expect to encounter? I feel the first one may micro manage a little, plus a person that is always enthusiastic would drive me insane, the second one may be more to my liking as long as the head people weren’t pushovers and had a spine, and the third is ok as long as they realize not everyone has their values, but probably would hire someone without same vision anyway.
