Data Analysis

Column purification samples

The column purification samples 1, 2, 3 and 4 were ran in a gel using 10 µL or 15 µL and the results were as shown in Figure 1 below. There were two darker bands in the tube #3.

A standard curve of the protein standards was created by plotting log of molecular weight against the distance moved from the wells (Figure 3).

Ara/Amp Samples

Ara/amp samples were loaded into the wells of a NUPAGE gel and ran. The results were as shown in Figure 3 below.
