Basic information:

The “WeGo International” is made up by our group. It is not physical exist. You can see the history and the background of “WeGo International” (I just use WeGo) at #3. As we said, WeGo is the phone carrier which under T-Mobile, so we don’t have our own launch tower. (just think about Cricket, we are the company similar as Cricket which under AT&T launch tower.)

So, we are going to go into international market. And decide to select Berlin in Germany. As I mentioned in #4, T-Mobile is the subsidiaries of the German telecommunication company Deutsche Telekom AG, so WeGo is going to ask for Deutsche Telekom help, like using their launch tower.

So, based on this, I am going to write about:

1.Staffing Policies

(How will you staff your management positions in your overseas operations? What is your rationale for this approach?)

2. Leadership and Motivation Systems

(Given the culture where your overseas entity will be operating, what kind of leadership and motivational systems and practices do you think will be most effective?)

3. Communication Issues

(Discuss the kinds of communications problems your company may face in the host country working environment. In particular address whether your host country has a high context or low context culture and how this may affect your business communications.)
