ASSIGNMENT 1.

This kickoff presentation should include 15-20 slides following the 7 point rule (no more than 7 bullets and no more than 7 words per bullet on each slide. A theme and graphics should be used to keep the audience’ attention; professionalism is expected. Each slide will also include speaker’s notes describing in greater detail what is being shared on the slide. The speaker’s notes are to be written in paragraph format and fully explain each of the slides content. An exemplary slide deck will include at least 20 professional slides with substantive speaker’s notes and appropriate slide setup. The slides should include: cover, agenda, the problem/opportunity that will be explored, closing remarks, a questions/answers slide, and a references slide.

Length: MS Power Point slide deck; 15-20 slides with speaker’s notes (does not need to be recorded)

Assignment:

Create your own status report that you will turn in for all future status reports. Looking at your goals, what do you believe would be important to report at the end of week 3? Explore various status report templates for examples on different components of a status report. Fill out your status report for this module and submit.
