Search and collect, at least, 6 relevant research papers in the IEEE Xplore database, published from 2012 to 2019, on novel variations of the TCP protocol. Read each of the research papers and write a comprehensive summary on all of them. The summary is expected at least 8 pages with 1.5 spacing. I will provide you the 6 articles.

3) Describe the background, the operation procedure, and the features of the new TCPs,
