Download the following documents for your Muscle Strengthening & Flexibility Plan (30 points): You MUST download each document in a form that can be edited.
1. KINE-1164 ProCon & Action Plan
2. KINE-1164 MS & Flex Plan
First, complete the “ProCon & Action Plan”. Your SMART goal should be related to muscle fitness, as well as, your actions.
Next, complete the MS & Flex Plan for yourself based upon the activities you enjoy the most. At a minimum, you should plan to meet the weekly MS Guidelines for the weight lifting activities). This plan should MATCH what you discussed in the action plan.
* Remember that this is a plan you can realistically follow, as long as, it meets the minimum requirements established by this course. This plan should have a goal related to muscle development only include weight training and flexibility exercises.
