Team Presentation…

  • A minimum of 20 pages are expected
  • References must be provided when required
  • All team members must participate and provide input

Presentation elements include:

  • Main presentation components: title page, agenda, executive summary, main body, conclusions, etc.
  • Team organizational charts & organizational expectations: roles and responsibilities clearly identified along with expectations for the position
  • Project scoping: Project scope identified, key stakeholders from the company, mission statement, clear problem statement, key milestones and project statement
  • Problem statement deep dive and details: provide a deep summary of the business problem, provide main business elements that were examined
  • Core business metrics and data: As related to the problem statement
  • Alternatives evaluated in solving the problem: Provide all alternatives and options developed during your assessment of solving the problem, pro’s and con’s identified
  • SWOT analysis and other strategic tools use: Show your command of the use of core business tools to evaluate problem statements and potential solutions
  • Presentation should be professional, informative and can be used external to Miami: Executive summary of all facts found during the project elements
