assess-the-quality-of-evaluation-questions

we have read about the development of research questions and the necessary components of questions that will allow us to assess the information we need as researchers.

Read the following article and pay close attention to the quality of research questions utilized in this study:

Eastmond, J., Louviere, J., & Quinn, K. (2008, Nov./Dec.). Redesigning a Research Methods Course for Teachers. TechTrends, 52(6), 22-28. Retrieved from ProQuest.

For the third Case Assignment your task is to write a 4- to 5-page essay (utilizing at least 3–5 references) in which you assess the quality of evaluation questions in the research article cited above.

  1. Without discussing the findings of the study, comment on the extent to which the researchers identified reasonable, appropriate evaluation questions in their article. Do you feel that the evaluation questions were answerable? Did the authors clearly identify stakeholders (or end users) of the evaluation?
  2. Formulate a list of several other useful, well-phrased evaluation questions that the authors could have posed but did not.

provide a minimum of 3–5 references.

Length: 4–5 pages typed and double-spaced using 12-point Times New Roman font and 1-inch page margins. Use headers throughout the paper to aid you in not overlooking vital elements of the assignment and to make the document easier for the reader to follow.
