unit-2-small-business-resources

Discussion Topic

When you are thinking about starting a business or are already running one, it is imperative that you know what resources are at hand. Although owning and running a small business is a lot of work and at time daunting, you do not have to do it alone. I have already introduced you to the Small Business Administration, it is now your turn to introduce one another to other resources that are available to small business owners. I want you all to be a resource to each other and help one another on this journey. Perhaps you will like one of your peer’s suggestions so much that you will end up using it one day.

Instructions

1. Research the web, ask friends and mentors, do whatever it takes to find a reliable resource for small business owners. This find of yours can be a web-site, a brick and mortar office, a consultant, etc…

2. Tell us information such as why this is a good resource, what type of help do they offer and why is it helpful for a small business owner?

3. Make sure you include contact information or a web-site. It’s important that we can reach this wonderful find of yours if necessary.

4. Don’t limit yourself to sharing just one resource. If you find more, we want to know about it!
