Paradox of slavery and freedom. 

Write separate essays for three of these questions.
Essays should have a thesis, intro, body and conclusion and each essay should be approximately 1 ½ pages long, single spaced.
(1)Explain the paradox of slavery and freedom.  What circumstances led to slavery and ideals of freedom coexisting in North America?
(2)Compare the colonies of the Chesapeake and New England.  Include who they were, what they wanted, the governments they created and the issues they each faced in their early years of settlement.
(3)How do the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution reflect what united the colonists leading up to the Revolution?  How do they reflect the experiences of the Colonists with the British government during the 1700’s?
