Japanese Internment in the United States

An essay of approximately 2,000 words on one of the following topics:
Japanese Internment in the United States
Tuskegee Airmen
Yalta Conference
Nuremberg War Crimes Trials

The essay should begin with an introduction, followed by sequential paragraphs, and end with a conclusion. The introduction should contain a topic sentence that identifies the purpose of the essay. The essay should contain at least one theme and have analytical development. The conclusion should reflect on the topic developed in the essay.

The essay should be based on at least three sources and at least one of the sources must qualify as scholarship (peer reviewed article or book). UMGC’s online library is a good place to start your search for resources. A bibliography of sources utilized to develop the essay must be placed at the end of the essay.
