4. Explanation: My paper will be about citizens born in the United States turned into domestic terrorists. I will discuss the social, psychological, and religious practices that led them to become this way. I will give examples from school shootings, bombings, and mass shootings. The utilitarian approach was best suited for this topic. The approach will attempt to explains ways to prevent and deter homegrown terrorism from happening less in the USA thus reducing the massive about of harm or suffering.
