Four Life Skills Lessons — (The life skills section will make up about 12 pages of your handbook) This section will make up 54/100 points.
In this section, you will outline the 4 life skills sessions (about 3 pages each) with enough detail that I could step in for you at any time and run your group. It is rather like a lesson plan. This means that if you are referring to a handout, questionnaire, or activity, you need to include a copy in the appendix. Please follow the LSM template posted on bb and used in class. Each module must contain: Goal, Rationale, Warm up, Stimulus, Evocation, Teaching, Practice, Application, Evaluation (54 points)*
Format: This portion will make up 20/100 points.
Your final project will be approximately 30 pages and must be saved in a PDF. I am looking for the following 4 areas:
1. Consistency in font, page setup, and organization of each module. LSM format required as per Bb posting. (4 marks)
2. APA format (citations throughout your handbook, numbered pages
and APA reference page at the end of your handbook). (4 marks)
3. Correct spelling (an average of 3 or more errors per page results in not receiving these 6 marks—as per English Department criteria) (6 marks)
