3000-word critical analysis essay-based scenario assessing my management of an acutely unwell patient.
I am attaching the scenario of my experience.

This is NOT a reflection model essay , It is an Objective critical analysis of the event, how it is managed.
Why collaboration was important,. what is theory is saying (references), Need to discuss critically what happened, implications, what worked well and what not (if not).
Talk about collaboration with team , patient . Collaborative leadership, inter-professional communication and inter professional conflicts.

The Critical Essay (3000 words):
Within your appraisal you are required to rationalise:
• The clinical condition, presentation and assessment – including relevant pathophysiology and pharmacology

• The nursing clinical judgements and decision-making process using evidence based practice and current
relevant frameworks
• The benefits and challenges encountered when promoting collaborative patient care

The word count can be +/- 10% of the total and should be declared on the front page.

The assignment should be present in an academic essay format, with a clear introduction, body and conclusion. It
should demonstrate and appropriate formal academic style, avoiding contractions (e.g. don’t, won’t, etc.) informal
or spoken forms of language.

Headings and subheadings should not be included.

Your works should be written in the third person

Ensure you do not identify any individual or organisation, directly or by implication, in your work (NMC, 2018).
Equally, unless crucial to the argument and or where the information is already in the public domain, refer to
organisation only in general term e.g. an NHS Trust.
