There is a variety of selection tools used by I/O psychologists to help their clients identify the best possible person for a job. Some are proponents of consistently using cognitive ability measures or personality measures. Others disagree with the widespread use of either. Here, please choose either cognitive ability measures or personality measures and critically analyze the debate on their use as a selection tool.
