1. What are some different methods through which terrorists can utilize technology to perpetrate a mass attack? Is there a way to prevent this issue, or is technology ever evolving to the point that “those in the know” are always one step ahead of those in DHS?
2. Many foreign terrorist groups are funded or sponsored by different governments. DHS pursues the terrorists but is pretty limited as that which they can do to sponsor states. Without funding, terrorist groups cannot function. So what can DHS or other arms of the government do to keep foreign governments from financially setting up terrorist agencies?
